I am the Sovereign Lord

Last night, continuing into early this morning, God took me to Ezekiel chapters 34 through 37 and had me underline “I am the sovereign Lord” wherever I saw it. There is a sense of such regalness and power in what He is sharing as I do this. It feels like the most powerful, fierce, majestic shepherd in the entire world claiming His flock with great might, love, and power.  

This morning, I believe He said this:

“Sherri, I am the sovereign Lord
Yes, I allow free will
And when abused, I remove it, just as criminals have free will and it is taken away when  abused.

Sherri, My love – I am your God
     I am the sovereign Lord.

My people have abused their free will and oppose My plans.
They have become at enmity against Me and it will no longer be tolerated.

    However, the way I will handle this is not what anyone would expect. I will not ride into My people with a warring stallion and army. Instead, I will love them so fiercely they will be broken down to tears, praise, and worship.
     This will be My ultimate tactic.
 
When Jesus died on the cross He died for all and showed the amazing love I have for My people - My creation. It was a powerful demonstration and many have believed since that time. Now, I will show My love in equally powerful ways on an individual basis so many more will believe.
 
Over the years people have said they cannot believe in a God who would send people to hell.
     They do not take responsibility for their part in this equation.
 
     Yet, I created people this way and I will take responsibility.
 
“I am sending My messenger to give this testimony for the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David.” (Rev 21:6 NIV paraphrased)

My love is more powerful than free will.
     I will honor free will; however, I will use unique, powerful love, directed at each person individually in unique ways that touch their hearts and turn them from stone to flesh.
     And I will be their God
          And they will be My people.
 
               I will not let a single one of My children go.
               Not a single one.

Pray, praise, worship!

I am the sovereign Lord (Ezek 34:7, 10, 17, 20, 31, 37:3, 5, 9, 12). Is anything too difficult for Me? (Jer 32:27)”
