Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for the incredible work you are about to embark upon with Spirit Centered Healing Arts. There is some great information on what to expect and what not to expect from this work. The primary expectation is for the Holy Spirit to show up provide what you need for the abundant life promised in John 10:10.
Services: Provider agrees to provide the following to the Client:
Appointment Format: Appointments are over the telephone or Zoom/Teams, or in person if you are the Boulder/Denver Colorado area.

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for the incredible work you are about to embark upon with Spirit Centered Healing Arts. There is some great information on what to expect and what not to expect from this work. The primary expectation is for the Holy Spirit to show up provide what you need for the abundant life promised in John 10:10.
Services: Provider agrees to provide the following to the Client:
- Spiritually guided health exploration based on Christian principles.
- Root Cause Analysis where God uncovers the source of your challenge and guides you toward healing.
- Healing prayer and virtual “laying on hands” as directed by the Holy Spirit.
Appointment Format: Appointments are over the telephone or Zoom/Teams, or in person if you are the Boulder/Denver Colorado area.
Terms and Conditions:
- Confidentiality: All information shared during appointments will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client's written consent, except as required by law.
- Scheduling: Appointments are 1 hour. Some clients like to allow time after the appointment to "process".
- Re-scheduling: Please honor the time of the Spirit Centered Healing Arts practitioners and email 24+ hours in advance if at all possible. less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, Please reschedule through the website.
- Payment: SCHA practitioners rely upon donations to be able to continue this work. We offer services free of charge and appreciate your generous donation to keep the work going. Recommended donations: Root Cause Analysis ($150-$250), One-Hour Healing Appointments ($100-$170). Many choose to donate larger amounts to cover the cost of those who require healing and are not able to pay.

- SCHA providers are NOT licensed medical or mental health professional and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or mental health conditions. The services provided are intended to complement, not replace, any medical treatment the Client is currently receiving, and Client is advised to consult with their healthcare provider before making changes to their health regimen. These appointments are in no way to be construed as psychological counseling or any type of therapy and do not provide physical or mental health treatment.
- Every time we seek God and pray, something happens! Sometimes results are more obvious than others. Therefore, specific results cannot be guaranteed or promised. God’s ways are a mystery and unpredictable and yet the bible clearly shows His desire for us to live lives that exceed even our own desires. SCHA uses our best effort to provide powerful spiritual support on your journey to God’s best for your life. You acknowledge that you are responsible for deciding how to handle any issues raised and incorporate any insight or information provided into your life or choices and release SCHA and the SCHA Providers from claims arising from or relating to the contents of the appointments.
- Limitation of Liability: SCHA and the SCHA Provider, its Heirs or Assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
